Our culture

Our mission is serious. And our workplace is full of passionate people. This means you can expect hard work and fast progress when you join us. Our crew comes from more than 20 different countries, with hubs in London, Budapest, Amsterdam and across the US.

I lost my aunt to breast cancer. She was in her 30s. A wonderful strong, funny, sarcastic mother of two boys who was taken too early. She had so much life to give and it was taken unfairly. My story at Kheiron has been in a large sense driven by her memory as well as the starry-eyed dream of making a dent in the world.

I chose to join Kheiron as I feel the way in which recent breakthroughs in AI can achieve the biggest societal impact is through healthcare companies that aim to maximise patient impact. When developing algorithms that have the ability to have profound effects on a patient’s well-being, it is important that the patient is the focus of our impact. The culture at Kheiron is to always question how changes to our algorithms or product will impact the patient.
